Makara Starlight Run

There’s nothing quite like trail running in the dark! Makara Peak has a fantastic network of trails with great under foot conditions and high quality trails making it an ideal location for XTERRA night running. We mark the trails extra well and illuminate the tricky bits giving you a great night out running or walking under the stars.

Registration starts at 5.30pm and will close at 6.30pm.  Start Times will be 7pm (Long Course) and  7:15pm (Short Course)
